My holiday nutrition

Hi readers (oh wait there are none)
I will write down about things I ate today fro our nutrition lesson in science.

For breakfast I had cereal and some toast. This is not too unhealthy (the cereal was Cinnamon Toast Crunch) and a pretty normal breakfast. Maybe I should have added some fruit to make it more nutritious.

For lunch we had to go to the Hindu Temple in happy valley. Unfortunately there was so much variety of food I had to eat I dont remember most of it. But since it was a fest type of thing, I am sure most of it was unhealthy. Good thing we walked around afterwards.

After that I had a coke ( wow I have been eating very unhealthy ). About a quarter of the bottle is what I drank.

And before dinner I had some chex mix. That isn't too unhealthy I think.

For dinner we had some indian bread and indian food again...not too healthy since we had just come back from the park...where I had ice cream. wow the day just gets worse nutritionally does it?

Overall I need to watch what I eat but the good thing is this is not what I eat everyday since most days are not holidays. So only when I do this do I realize how I need to watch my nutrition.

Commercial

This ad also if effective because it is humorous, has an appropriate soundtrack, and is short and sells the product. People will remember the humor in this commercial when they are shopping and probably buy Doritos because of this commercial so that is why I chose this as my commercial.

This commercial is effective because it accomplishes things a good advertisement should.
For example, it is humorous and short and simple. It also effectively is a selling point as both people want the product. This conveys a message that the product is wanted and the viewer (if legal age) will want to buy the product.
